In an industry requiring keen eyes for color, proportion, and a sense of style, Les has built numerous successful fashion businesses in a career spanning more than twenty-five years. Being a visitor to Arizona for more than twenty years, and after successfully selling his last company, he decided to make Scottsdale, Arizona his new permanent home.
Together with his Interior Designer wife Michelle, Les chose to build high-end custom homes as his new vocation, instead of remaining the avocation it had been for so many years. History continued to repeat itself as his spec homes set new standards of excellence and price per foot benchmarks in their respective neighborhoods. Due to the monumental changes we are currently experiencing in the real estate industry, Les is now applying his years of accumulated skill and experience to the sale and marketing of residential homes. Outstanding negotiating skills honed through years of international trade, superior marketing, superior technology, and outstanding customer service are the guidelines by which he operates.
“I’m always looking for the jewel…the one exquisite property that is perfect for my client both as a home and as an investment. There are exquisite jewels at every price point….they just have to be found…and this is where I excel.” According to Les, quality is not determined by size and square footage, but rather in the details of construction, fine finishes, and amenities within the home. His ability to recognize these features, and convey it to his clients, is one of his most distinguishing characteristics. All his clients benefit from his keen sense of discretion, financial acumen, and years of business experience required to bring all his transactions to a successful conclusion.
Born in Europe, raised in Los Angeles, Les earned a BS in Economics and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. He was voted “Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year” by the USC Graduate School of business. As the CEO of several apparel industry companies, he qualified to join YPO/WPO chapters in both California and Arizona. He is also a mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona.
